While most grooms and brides-to-be are consumed in the stress and excitement of planning the one excusable day that revolves entirely around themselves, it is no surprise that Diamond and Michael saw their wedding day as an opportunity to serve others. Of course invitations are going out to their family and friends, but they are also personally inviting the poor and homeless, hoping to share with them in the fun and glamour of their big day.
The date is set, September 10, 2011. No doubt these two love birds are remarkable, but they need the help of a few more remarkable people to give their guests of honor a day to remember. They’re hoping to find people to volunteer their time and abilities to offer such things as hair and nail services and proper attire for the homeless so they can look and feel like the guests of honor that they are.
