In the months leading up to the Big Day, we are continuing to add people to the various teams that have been created to help coordinate everything from the flowers and the cake, to the Guests haircuts and manicures.
If you are interested in donating your time, your contacts, or your connections, there are three major teams listed below that could always use more help.
EVENT PLANNING TEAM
Coordinate and handle all things as related to Event Planning, including but not limited to the following:
- Ceremony
- Reception
- Honeymoon (New Zealand)
- Bridal Shower
- Welcome Luncheon
- Rehearsal Dinner
- Gift Registries
- Following up on Invitations to Family and Friends
- Responding to RSVPs and Lodging Accomodation Requests
- AfterCare for Bridal Gown and Groom Tux
FLOWERS, FOOD, AND CAKE TEAM
Coordinate and handle all things as related to the flowers, food, cake, beverages, etc., for and at the Wedding and Reception, including but not limited to the following:
- Flowers (Florist: Belle Fleur) – including placement and distribution
- Food & Beverage
- Wedding Cake
- Groom’s Cake
- Various dietary requests from Invitation RSVPs
- Coordinating with Ceremony Venue and Reception Venue
PR/MEDIA TEAM
Handle all things as related to Media and PR for the Wedding, including but not limited to the following:
- Newspaper
- Magazines
- Live Stream
- Webcast
- Video and Videography/Videographer(s)
- Photos and Photography/Photographer(s)
- Social Media (FB, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc)
- Radio
- TV
- Corporate Donations/Sponsorships
